Our centermanagement partner ECE published its first App for the iPhone and iPad.
The App provides convenient access to key data to the projects in the ECE shopping centers - including all centers of Deutsche EuroShop's portfolio. It is aimed primarily as a B2B App for (potential) tenants and investors, but also to employees, journalists and other interested persons.
We've designed a new chart which shows the quarterly development of our analysts' recommendations over the last 7 years (since Q2 2004). Additionally it shows our way to become one of the best covered real estate companies in Europe (according to EPRA, 3/11), starting with only a few analysts.
Since a few weeks we have a new image video. It perfectly describes the fascination of our shopping centers. It's all about emotion.
The commercial shows various characters who experience their visit to a shopping center from a very personal perspective.
Today we had the photo shoot for our annual report 2010. The Executive Board members and all employees (i.e. alltogether: six) were "shot" by Thomas Lorenz.
