Dirk Hasselbring, Member of the Board, will be leaving the Company on April 30, 2005 of his own accord and in consultation with the Supervisory Board. He will resign in order to pursue his career elsewhere.

The Supervisory Board wishes to thank Mr. Hasselbring for the work he has done at Deutsche EuroShop. Claus-Matthias Böge will take up his responsibilities.
