CORPORATE GOVERNANCE The Declaration of Conformity with the German Corporate Governance Code required by section 161 of the Aktiengesetz (AktG – German Public Companies Act) has been issued jointly by the Supervisory Board and the Exec- utive Board, and was made available to shareholders via publication on the Internet in November 2012. Related parties for the purposes of IAS 24 Deutsche EuroShop AG’s subsidiaries, joint ventures and associates as well as the members of its Executive Board and Supervisory Board are regarded as related parties for the purposes of IAS 24.
